Bs As Activities for Kids

We'll be visiting Bs As August 16 to 21 with an 8 year old. Any suggestions on kid friendly activities?

While nothing like the top Zoos in the US, the Palermo Zoo is another option.

BA's theaters have great shows for kids.... Hence my question before, but if you can forgo the language issue, there's still plenty too see and music to hear.... Even some Disney on Ice type shows, etc.

August 16th is the last day of the Star Wars exhibition in Buenos Aires. If your kids liked the movies is a good place to take them. Is in the Centro cultural recoleta, where usually you can see other art exhibitions. Next to it is the Recoleta Cementery and just outside one of them one of the nicest flea markets of Buenos Aires.
