We had a really great day-trip to Tigre last week. Fun to walk around the town and go to the fruit market. Not too much fruit, more a housewares market but interesting.

But the most fun was taking a boat tour of the Delta. I'm just sorry we went for the hour trip rather than a longer one. Really nice. In fact, someday, I'd like to go back and stay at one of the inns in the Delta accessible only by boat.

Tigre is 50 minutes from BA on the train. Cost is a remarkable 2.20 Pesos roundtrip. ^
