Hotel recommendations in Ushuaia

I will be visiting Ushuaia for a couple days in mid-March. Would anyone care to recommend a hotel? I'd prefer something in the city rather than the resorts that are a few km away.

Thanks!

Bumping because I'm interested in the answer to this question too, since I'll be in Ushuaia in July.

In the City/Downtown you have Cilene del Faro Suites & Spa, Hotel Albatros, Lennox Hotel or for cabins(apartments) Cabaas Tierra Mistica. This is based on reviews on Google/TripAdvisor/Despegar and not my own experience.

I strongly recommend Las Hayas Resort - even though it is a short way (10 min drive) from downtown, there is a free shuttle or alternatively, cabs are plentiful and cheap. Nice pool/hot tub, very spacious rooms, excellent service. Breakfast was included and very good; we did not eat in the restaurant (choosing to go to downtown restaurants instead) but had good experiences with drinks/snacks at the bar.

Thank you for the recommendation! It looks lovely. It may be a bit out of my price range, but I'll definitely keep it in mind when I get ready to reserve accommodations.

I stayed at the Albatross back in 2015. Memory fuzzy but it was good and the group dinner, 100+ people, was surprisingly better than most large party meals.

Another recommendation for something you didnt ask for - a resort out of town. I spent three nights at Los Cauquenas and was very happy.

Friends stayed at two different places in town and both complained about the noise - horns honking and dogs barking.

Have fun wherever you stay.
