24- hour Shut down on Monday includes banks, not just transport. Expect the ATM's to be empty of cash soon now. The question is whether some international flights might get through, or they may land in Montevideo, Uruguay, as some flights did in the last General Strike.

I’m right now at EZE waiting for my flight to Madrid. As per UX staff, most airlines have cancelled or re-scheduled their Monday flights.
