Cheap flights to EZE?

Anybody have any ideas on how to get cheaper flights to EZE from ORD in December? We normally go visit family every other year for the holidays for a few weeks but flights this year are so expensive and there are 2 adults and 3 children flying. Any suggestions? Gracias.

EZE from the US or Europe is generally not cheap unfortunately. Plus you're travelling in December which is the start of the peak summer season. What prices have you found so far?

Welcome to the forum JeanJ.

As britenbsas has said that time of year is never going to be cheap. However I would wait as the fares that are showing at the moment do seem to be inflated even for early December coming in at around $1800 so there is every chance that they'll come down. Probably not by much but I wouldn't expect them to rise either so there's no rush to book them.

I suggest being flexible in your plans - use ITA Matrix to select flights, and then quickly purchase at either a travel agent or online. The more you delay purchase, the higher the price.
