A wee mini report before I get down to doing the real thing.

TAM nearly refused to fly me...
The pre check-in queue agent refused to accept that my permanent residency visa was enough proof for me being in the country legally. I had to go round to the immigration desk and ask the guy to print out some proof of my DNI application..what a bloody carry-on. This is twice I have had problems trying to leave the country...they're obviously afraid if they allow me to leave I won't come back again.
Anyway, half an hour of lounge drinking was wasted which was just as well because the AMEX lounge was bloody awful......I couldn't believe they could make a poor lounge even worse after a refurbishment.
The RCC lounge was very pleasant though although the only prime beef I saw was the wonderful mature lady at the desk.
TAM flights were excellent and all on time. ^
