Upgrade coupons can be applied online and with app
Didn't see a thread for this, but in case you are unaware, you can now use upgrade coupons on Amtrak.com or the Amtrak app instead of calling in to use them. A nice, little improvement that saves me 5-10 minutes every time I take the Acela.

Coupons can now be used online
I agree that it’s useful, but it has not worked consistently for me. Sometimes throws an error and have to call anyway.
