Delay in AGR Points Posting?
I still haven't seen credit for a couple of train trips on October 1, which is slow by current standards. Has anyone else seen slow crediting since October 1?
Also, with multi-segment tickets I've seen several cases recently where the wrong segment is "punched" by the conductor. Luckily, on the next train the conductor simply goes back and punches the missed segment.

In late September points were posting in about 3 days. My two trips on September 30 posted four or five days ago.

It takes up to a week or so at the beginning of every month for ticket lifts to make their way to AGR, because of batch jobs running to reconcile the previous month's end in our financial mainframe systems. This only happens at the beginning of each month. Wait a day or two and you should see your trips post all at once...

48 hours is pretty much the absolute best case scenario, given an overnight batch takes place (one after the other) in each of two systems that capture and transmit ticket lift info from our ticketing system to our points system. If you see points post in under 2 days, I'd be really quite surprised
But it can certainly take longer than that depending on internal processing, which is why we ask people wait a certain amount of time to submit a missing points request.
