Please call Energy Plus' toll-free dedicated Connecticut Customer Service line at 1-888-766-3509 and we can research why your points were not posted. I am sure we can get to the bottom of it and correct the situation for you.

I called EP's customer service line and the agent was helpful. Main point being there's a lag (15 days or so) between the transaction date and the posting date, and his system showed that Dec. points should appear in AGR accounts soon.
