Amex Gift Cards
Noticed I currently have a statement credit offer for buying Amex Gift Cards from https://www.amexgiftcard.com/
I've never tried these out - if I get the eGiftCards how do they work in practice? Adding to Apple Wallet? Or some other way?

I cannot seem to add my egift card to Uber or Starbucks app balances. Does anyone have any recommendations? It's not a physical card, and there is no address associated with, which I think is the problem.
