Wow that is amazing to hear! I will certainly be giving it a shot then. I have a cruise booked for next year so I will just make a $1,000 payment on it.

just have to vent about this annoying coupon book. Aveda offer and Talbots offer did not post to my card. purchases made six weeks ago. Aveda $15 when you spend $75. Talbots $35 when you spend $175. did chat today. "No there was no Talbots last year at all. Aveda -"no the last aveda offer expired in September and it was $17 off a purchase of $87." I use aveda products daily and the offer has never been $17 off $87. Denied on both.

ETA: Found one for the Talbots offer so if you made the purchases within those times and you had saved the offer to the card you used, then you can try fighting it using this screenshot as they are wrong in stating there was no offer last year.

Aveda has a current 15 off 75 offer and that's what they always are so telling you it's 17 off 87 is crap - where do they even get such odd numbers from???

Lucky! My offer arrived days after my final payment. I'm going to try and buy onboard credit, if it's refundable. With a RCCL offer last year I used a Visa at check-in, so the refund of my credit went to a different card and not the Amex (no clawback).

I could not find a way to just straight up buy on-board credit (it's been a while but IIRC other lines allow you to do this, or to pre-pay for casino credit -- at least one line handed me cash at the casino cage on board which surprised me as I was expecting to have to play it through once).
Once on board, it was quite easy to switch the credit card on record, using the Royal app.

Same as zebranz. I loaded them immediately to my UberEats account. I have several monthly rebates on UberEats. I like the way UberEats is set up. Once it uses the credits, it goes to the gift cards. GrubHub is not the same way. There, you have to choose gift cards or credit card with the $10 credit. Anyway, I'm taking this off topic but appreciate the folks who reported that gift cards work for the Walmart credit.
I just looked at my husband's account. I purchased 2 $50 UberEats cards on January 4. The $10 x 2 rebate is listed on January 5.

Best value for me this past month was on the AmEx Blue Preferred card. My husband is primary and I've got a separate AU card.
Offer for $20 off Kroger grocery, minimum spend of $40, up to three times (total $60). I added it to my AU card, have used it for three grocery deliveries, all posted within a couple days. The offer was still valid on my husband's primary card, so I added it there, and the first one went through without a hitch. I have until end January to make the two additional purchases. All-in-all it will be $120 off of groceries. The offer was not on any of my other AmEx cards (Cent, Hilton, Marriott), only the Blue Preferred. But then we get 6% cash back on groceries on top of it!
We don't have any brick & mortar Kroger's in Florida, but they offer delivery services which are best in class in our area. For $59 a year, free delivery on any order over $35 with no tipping permitted. They deliver in refrigerated vehicles so everything arrives fresh and cold when it's supposed to (critical in Florida), and deliveries are scheduled with a one-hour self-selected window starting at 7 am. Best prices around and high quality items, including produce. I started using delivery services during Covid and all the others are hit or miss (Whole Foods via Amazon; Costco, Aldi or Publix via Instacart; Walmart, etc.) - these all increase prices on each item vs. in-store price, plus require tips, and the drivers use their own vehicles so items turn up half defrosted.
