For people who got reimbursed within the past 1-2 months, does the Southwest transaction on Amex display the flight route, date, passenger info, and ticket number?

I usually do United so I'm not sure if this is how Southwest always displayed on Amex.

Made 2 flight purchases on Southwest like I do every year:
12/1 84.19
12/1 91.20

As of today 12/8 no credit yet. Contacted chat and they told me to contact them on December 15 if I have not received the credit yet and they will manually credit it. Before that he clarified what my airline of choice was and I said Southwest like it always has been. Then he reminded me it could not be given for airfare so I told him it was for an upgrade.

Did they ask what the charges are for?

Charge of about $60 on 11/25. Meter finally moved today, although no credit yet.

What is the United method for getting Amex platinum credits? Is it as simple as buying a credit less than $200?

Welcome to Flyertalk. There is a separate thread for each airline which is eligible for this benefit. The United Airlines thread is here, start by reading the Wikipost at the top of the thread: Airline fee $250/$200 reimbursement reports: UA only (2023)

Finally received the credit

I bought a Southwest ticket for $105.50. It was hard to wait but the meter finally moved yesterday, December 11 and the credit received on December 13!

11/30: $95.46
11/30: $117.14

12/9: $95.46 reimbursed
12/13: $117.14 still not reimbursed (likely too large of an amount)

how can I find "anytime" Southwest tickets that's less than $103? Destination doesn't matter.
I understand "wanna gateway" tickets can be cheaper than $100, but "anytime" ones aren't.
Southwest started a fare sale around 12/5 for spring flights Jan to May 2024 - I don't know if sales really impact Anytime flights, but I do seem some short intra-CA and CA-NV flights for $89 for Anytime.

The Wanna Get Away flights I booked a few weeks ago for $79 for the Amex credit actually dropped to $39, so I already got a flight credit of $40 ea for 3 tickets. I didn't cancel them outright for credit, just because there's some chance we may actually take the flights.

12/6: Purchased 2x but separate transaction $98 each
12/16: needle moved
12/17: credits posted

Looks like 10-11 days before evidence of benefit.
