Transfer to Etihad Broken

Transfer to Etihad Broken
Transfers of American Express Membership Rewards to Etihad have been broken since at least Thursday March 28. Since Sunday March 31, the American Express website has said transfers to Etihad are "current unavailable". No representatives from American Express are able to provide any additional details. I understand that Citi transfers are also broken but I don't have first hand knowledge of that.

I started a thread in February about being unable to transfer from Citi to Etihad. I tried again at the beginning of March, but it was still broken. I'm not sure if it was ever fixed.
Citi was also unable to provide any additional details.
