[UK] How long for a foreign transaction to appear on the statement?

[UK] How long for a foreign transaction to appear on the statement?
Hi,
I made a transaction in Italy on Friday night and it hasn't appeared yet in my statement, not even as a pending transaction.
Any experience on how long it normally takes to show up? I'm waiting for this transaction to go over a spending threshold and the statement cut off date is coming!

I'm currently in Dubai and transactions made here on my Platinum Card are taking 2-3 working days to post on my account. They are not appearing as a pending transaction.

I had experiences (Gold Card) for the transaction in the US to post in like 3-4 days (it wont show as pending) and Amsterdam usually 2-3 days.
But for me they didn't show as pending transaction, just posted it straight away.

Not a foreign spend, but thought I'd mention as a data point - I had a transaction at Yo Sushi that took over 2 weeks to post.
