sent sm to membership rewards yesterday. i downloaded insite on 5/31. 6 hours later had 10k MR points added.

I was one of the few early user of inSite.

Sent a SM today for crying out loud that no offer at all (2500 or 10K).

Turned down for 10K. But issued 3000 as goodwill.

Seem like they really check that (oh well...you have to login to use inSite anyway)...

I got an email back saying that they added 10k points, but in my account they only added 6,549.....not too sure whats going on with that.

in the description it says 10,000 points/ insite download.......number of points 6,549

was told by SM if ur eligible u will get ..sent a mail again stating can i get the points.

installed yesterday. sent SM got points credited already.

I installed the Insite program yesterday and immediately sent an SM to AMEX. This morning (about 12 hours later) I got an email telling me the points were added. When I checked, there were 10K AMEX points!

Anyone else just not get any response at all from their SM?

I sent a message yesterday at noon. Received the confirmation email stating I'd hear back from them in 10 hours. 24 hours later, have not received any response at all. Hmm.
