May be coincidence, but since 1.1.2010 we have been having difficulty transferring from Chase to BA miles. These aren't automatic transfers from the Chase BA VISA affinity card, but discretionary redemptions from Freedom Plus and Amazon. Two transfers have both failed twice, and now Chase is attempting to perform the transactions manually. This suggests there has been a change on BA's end, but this is only an inference.

Now I just want to know if anyone at all has hit the $30,000 spend, gotten the free 2 for 1 voucher and successfully gotten those two tickets! May need to start a new thread for this one.

Item up on my statement, but no miles credited
I just saw an entry on my statement:
That is, in the miles column it just has a dash. Anyone else seeing this? I'm wondering how long I should wait until calling them up.
