I'll probably get flamed for this, but here goes:
DL, and their adoring fans on Airliners.net, constantly remind everyone how perfect Delta is. Prolonged exposure to Delta fans can be too much - sort of like how your stomach feels a little sour after you've had two pieces too many of Halloween candy.
AA, and their supporters, don't take American as seriously as DL supporters take their favorite airline. DL supporters truly believe that Delta is incapable of doing anything wrong, which makes discussion threads about Delta here (and, much worse, on Airliners.net), irritating. It's nice to have an honest, sincere, discussion about AA's strengths and weaknesses. We couldn't have a thread like this in the Delta forum, because the die hard DL fans would rip apart anyone who says anything even remotely negative about Delta.

The first one is a niche one that only applies to some of us but:
Decent frequencies to smaller airports in the SE even if we have to go to CLT
- I can't really complain as when I moved here we had nonstops to just CLT (US/AA) and ATL (DL). Now AA can get me to CLT,DFW,MIA,ORD,DCA,LGA,and BOS.
Clubs may not be as nice as DL or UA offerings, but lounge agents in my experience are EXTREMELY helpful

Also DL and UA kiosks don't print paper boarding passes? Is that for real? What the heck - I ALWAYS have paper boarding passes with me, way quicker, much less fumbling, zero chance that my phone freezes up (or most likely one of my kids snatched it from me or something) - DL and UA kiosks don't even give the option to print BPs? Insane.
I love AAs legacy style bps printed on ticket stock. Sadly this seems to have been replaced with white paper at many stations but still better than UA and DL with their wafer thin receipts.
