Is the "Request flight miles" website function broken?

Had a flight last week that had a mechanical which required us to deplane prior to push back. A couple of hours later we boarded a substitute aircraft. Never received mileage credit for that segment, but when I try to request flight miles online and input my ticket number, I receive the response that the flight isn't eligible for flight credit. It's a normal revenue ticket--- any thoughts as to how to get credit?

Call into Advantage Customer Service and theyll submit it for review. Takes about a week or so to get reviewed.
