Miles and LP Posting Same Day
This is a new one on me; yesterday I flew DFW-TUS, in a DFW-TUS-LAX-DFW trip, flight #2296, arrived TUS at 1:16PM. Last night, I looked at my AA app for something else, and saw that my miles and LP had already posted, so no more than about 6 after I landed. Pleasant little surprise. Is this a new normal or a one off? I'm used to seeing miles post the next day, but I've never seen same day before.
The last codeshare i flew was DFW-HEL-BKK and return, in February. Those miles and LP posted within about 4 days of flights, I was very happy with that. So, AA IT seems to be getting something right lately!

This has also happened to me. I can't say I've been paying attention to say if it's consistently that fast, but in one case I had landed and before leaving the airport noticed that my LP and mileage balance had already updated.

This isn't new. Flights have been posting this quickly since at least right before COVID in 2020. I've often times landed (especially on longer AA flights) and the miles/LPs have already posted.

Ok, then, it's new for me. Yesterday was the first time I've seen it. I have nowhere near as many segments as a lot of people here, only 22 last year, and four of them were an AY codeshare.

Codeshares definitely do NOT post that quickly. It's only AA operated flights that post that quickly for me.

Oh I know, I stated in my OP that those codeshares had posted within four days. Just making the point that overall, I've been pleasantly surprised to see every flight post so quickly.

Based on the responses, either I've been unlucky, or maybe I just haven't noticed miles posting same day of flight, because I haven't looked at my account very often the same day. I've been in the habit of looking the next day to see if they'd posted correctly. It's possible I have had some post the same day, and just didn't realize they had.
Considering I'm still waiting 3-4 days for Bonvoy points to post, I consider this a big win for AA and their dinosaur of an IT system. Not that I ever need to immediately turn around and use the miles I just earned, but it's nice to see them post and check them off the pending list.

I've had AA codeshares and QR and BA post before I've even left for the airport on day of departure. Once was last November on QR DFW-DOH and the other was in December DFW-LHR on BA. With the BA flight, I ended up getting re-routed on Delta into LHR due to a mechanical issue on our conncection into DFW. Didn't even need to call and request original routing credit for that flight as they never took the posting back lol.
