This is interesting and is holding true for me (though there were no change in flights). On Saturday I returned home from Vienna (VIE-LHR-ORD), with first leg being AA codeshare on BA. My outbound flights posted soon after flying. It's Monday today, and none of the return flight segments have posted.

I have never experienced the posting-before-landing thing on AA, only on AS flights on AS metal.

Quickest I have ever experienced was an AA codeshare operated by AS in January. After I boarded the plane and sat down in my seat, I checked the app and had already received credit for the flight. Boarding had not even been completed yet.
