Improved in-flight status recognition?
Is there a recent push for in-flight status recognition? On a three different legs - two mainline and one regional - I was given explicit recognition and thanks for EXP status, and in one case the FA gave me a handwritten thank you card. I'm used to that sort of thing on Alaska, but not AA.

On my AS trip this month in F, the only segment out of 5 where FAs acknowledged anyone’s status was on the regional from ANC-FAI. That was a major decline from previous travel, so if AA can match that 20%, sounds good to me.
