Cannot check in for AA code share on B6
Searched the forum but couldn't find any similar scenarios. I have a flight booked through AA on B6 tomorrow (JFK-DTW). I tried using the B6 confirmation number on the jetblue app and website and got an error message saying "We could not find your reservation." Also tried my name and the flight number and same error message. Has anyone had this problem before and what was the resolution?
I have flown JetBlue 100s of times and never had an issue checking in so a bit worried to have no flight when I show up tomorrow. Currently on hold for customer service but they won't get to me until this afternoon.
