Questions like this come up all the time. Often it's about a middle initial in the first name field or something similar. I can't recall an instance of someone being denied boarding. It can be fixed at check-in, or since this is a US domestic itinerary, probably ignored altogether.

Ty for all the responses. In the end TSA did not bat an eye and the letter typo was no big deal.
