First flights as an EXP--first time cleared both ways MIA-CLT-MIA. Yeah!

CLT-FLL cleared at 100 hrs for myself and a companion.

very low level EXP with about 60K LP this year. No business flying at all, will qualify for PLT but only because of the extended window….

So I’m almost exactly 60 hours out from my MIA to STT flight.
It currently shows J6 U2 C2. I wish it would go on and clear. I also don’t understand why it didn’t at 100.

Jfk-Lax 830pm dep on 12/18 cleared at exactly 100 hrs out

I have great success on this route almost every month happy camper here 😁

How much are the app upgrades going for? I find if they going for less than $100 - you may not clear until later in the process because they are trying to fill up F with $.

Are you seeing any buy-up offers? The fact that they are allowing both instrument upgrades and sAAver Business class means they probably don't expect to sell them at full price. If that continues, you would probably clear barring any more elites in your level with more LPs that get the seats.

It won't clear until AA can sell any remaining seats up until the very last minute via the app.

Without knowing the day/week/time or what the current load is up front it's impossible to say anything more than your chances are "decent" or "ok", as they would be on any similar type, short, hub to small outstation route.

Because of the short distance, that’s the kind of flight they will offer cheap buy ups to anyone, like in the $49 range. That would obviously eat into the comp upgrade inventory for those hoping for the elite comp upgrade.

12/21, PHX-DCA, upgraded, ~T-48
12/21, DCA-PIT, not upgraded; was 3 of 8 on the upgrade list and no one upgraded

Heck, I'd bite at $49. I will have many hours to kill at the airport and will want to use that airport-operated lounge. Current offer is $205.
