Hello. Pleasant surprise on AA CLT to AVP this evening with full PDB service. There were only 8 of us in F and it was much appreciated. Great FA tonight. Hopefully this will become a trend.

AA2513 DFW-LGA on 22 Feb 22, full PDB with a great F FA that was super attentive all flight.

It’s so nice to hear that that there are still a few flight attendants that are happy to return to service!

AA464 MKE-PHX 2-22-2022. No PDB, asked FA and was told that PDB has not started yet, and if so only on select flights. I was not going to argue with her.

Non here today on phx-sfo. He told me they don't cone back for another month. Wish I could just not do my job and get paid!

As someone who flies mostly Eagle when I'm on domestic flights, and goes out of my way to fly CRJs more often than not, this is seriously welcome news. Hope this becomes the new old normal on Eagle.

Proactively offered MIA-DTW yesterday!

Got one on AA 1897 RDU-CLT A-321 this week. The FA came by with a tray of water and asked "may I get you a Pre Departure Beverage?". All requests were accommodated too. Nothing on my connecting Eagle flight but I wasn't expecting it either.

PDBs on a 40 minute flight? Nice

D3Kingg Feb 26, 2022 6:42 pm

I get PDB non alcoholic 50% of the time. 10% of the time PDB water only. 40% the other times no PDB.

md80only Feb 26, 2022 7:09 pm

I got a PDB on an AA first class flight SFO to DFW a couple weeks ago. Alcohol was an option.
The guy next to me paid the flight attendant's generosity back by taking off his mask when he ordered (didn't even wait until his drink arrived a few minutes later) and didn't put it back on until we took off.

2/26-PHX-DFW 2766–PDB was water, coffee or OJ only.
2/26-DFW-MSP 2418–No PDB.
2/26-MSP-PHX 1755–No PDB and even no meal

One crew was DFW based, one MSP based and one was CLT based. All mediocre at best, CLT based crew was the worst.

But MoulinVert's flight was mainline, not Eagle. CLT-AVP is on an A319 (which, as noted, has 8 F seats).

No PDBs offered LAX-LHR last week. Crew was less than mediocre. Gave the FAs a box of Sees chocolates when I boarded. Not a single thank you except from the FA that took the box.

AA EXP DFW-LON Feb 27, 2022 4:26 am

No PDPs in J on AA100 JFK-LAX on 23 Feb.
