I logged into my AAdvantage Dining Account today and got a message asking for me to JOIN the program. But I'm already a VIP member for many years.
What happened? Did my account get reset somehow? Anyone else experience this issue before? On hold with RN now... EDIT: Spoke with an Agent - this is a widespread issue and apparently causing complete Havoc - they are aware of it, they said my account is OK - and hopefully should be fixed by end of the day. Many others having the same problem. |

It is not back to normal for me at the time I'm posting this, though seems like they have their hands full now.

Is anyone having an issue with visits not tracking?
It’s always been fairly reliable with an email very quickly when I’ve dined at a restaurant. But the last 2 visits, with restaurants I’ve visited and had tracked before have not tracked. I’ve checked the cards, they’re fine and haven’t changed since they last tracked. |

Same issue again today. Logged on and invited to join! Tried clearing the cache, logging off again and again to no avail. AADining leaves much to be desired.

AA Dining seems broken recently. None of my recent dines are posting.
The curious thing is that immediately after paying, I get the auto-generated Email from The AAdvantage Dining Program asking me "How was restaurant X?" and telling me how many miles I've got coming – obviously, the system recognizes that I used my credit card at a participating restaurant. But then the "dine" doesn't show up in my AAdvantage Dining account and the miles/LP don't post to my AAdvantage account. After 10 days, I submit the missing rewards form via AA Dining, and I am informed via auto-Email that they "are experiencing higher than normal ticket volumes at this moment". After that, crickets. Anyone else having issues? |
No problems lately. Sometimes I get email upon payment, other times not. In any event, once registered in system, posting of miles works automatically.

No recent issues here either. I usually get the emails ok, but I've had the dining transactions post consistently all year. The transactions usually post within 24-72 hours of the pending transaction finalizing on my credit card, which is usually the most variable and time consuming phase of the whole thing. (Just like with SimplyMiles)

I dined at the same restaurant (listed on AAdvantageDining site) 3 times last week, and did not get any of the instant emails that generally come from AAdvantageDining. I at at a different restaurant this morning, and immediately got the email.
Has anyone received dining credit a few days later for cases where the email never arrived? If not, it looks like I may need to submit 3 missing points requests after 10 days, and see how that goes. |

I get instant email notifications when I use an AMEX or Visa card but none with MC but have always gotten the miles (as long as the card is registered with AA Dining) even with no immediate email.
I also need to be able to review each of the restaurants, as it is part of a "points bonus" with a deadline of 30 days. |
