Does anyone know if buy on board was back? Was supposed to be September 13th even with the alcohol sales being pushed back even more, right? I haven't seen anything online highlighting it existsl

Wasn't offered on any of my flights in the past week (including flights with meal service in F)

Rookie mistake - was in F, but decided to fly standby to come home earlier - downgraded, but my fault. DFW > ORD Airbus321

Anyway, no ‘buy on board’ options. Standard cookie and soft drink option.

Nope. COVID only flies in Y on AA, so no alcohol/food available there. But in F, or on almost any other domestic airline, good to go.

Except glassware. COVID thrives on AA glassware.

I don't see BOB coming back until booze in Y comes back. They're not going to roll out accepting payments again until they do so at scale that includes booze sales.

I would like BOB to come back ASAP.

But what I would really like to do is fly to BOB. My favorite airport in the whole world.

I can't remember the last time that $25/day reimbursement for BOB benefit of the Aviator Silver kicked in. I think I bought a can of Pringles in 2/2020.

COVID only lives on credit cards when presented for payment onboard an AA aircraft. So much for the cc pitch of getting 25% back on inflight purchases.

While COVID lives on credit cards in AA aircraft it does not, never has and never will live on Barclay's credit card applications. I hear they're more effective than the vax.
