Ticketing Issue: payment challenges

Ticketing Issue: payment challenges

I booked a flight on line and got a confirmation number. Got a e mail saying payment did not go thru. Want to use another form of payment can this be done on line or do you have to call reservations. On line asks for confirmation number but does not recognize it since it’s not ticketed. Tried calling but with every airline you always have to wait 30 minutes or longer even in the middle of the night.

Are you asking a question or making a statement? I didn’t see any question markss (?).

Give them a call. AA has a feature where they will call you back (or at least they did).

You will need to call. Just put the phone on speaker + mute and multi-task.

You could try Twitter DM, but often they’ll just tell you to call for ticketing issues.
