Booking award in the UK for US - UK travel.
Currently in English. Searched for dfw-lhr for 11/22/20 one way biz saver. Dfw-RDU-lhr came up for 57.5. I continued to booking and chose my seats and when I got the the payment an error message came up and logged me in to the US site and now those options are gone save a crappy dfw-BOS-lhr on BA.
I clear my history and re log in and again directed to US site. This time the RDU flight is there and was able to confirm booking. (57.5 + $5.60).
EF shows U0 on this flight.
Should I assume this won’t ticket? IT glitch?

Most likely when you error out on your first attempt, the award space was not placed into inventory immediately. It happens from time to time. Have you received your confirmation email yet, with PNR and ticket #?

Understood. Yes I received the PNR confirmation email with ticket number. Also got the mileage deduction email. Appears to be legit.
