Changed a flight > refund due > no electronic voucher?

I just talked with AA and they said my credit voucher would be sent by mail. That seems so . . . . 1970s. And anyway it hasn’t arrived.

Just talked to them also and they said the same. Two vouchers arriving by mail allegedly.

I changed a flight on Monday that resulted in a credit. I receive the e voucher e mail on Wednesday morning.
