Deadline for Qualifying Status for 2020: 31 Dec 2019
I will be cutting it close on Qualifying Dollars to achieve PP again this year. Is the deadline Dec. 31 or January 31, 2020? The AA app says I am PP through January 31, 2020.

The qualifying year is not the same as the status year. The good news is you have 12 months to earn status and get to have it for at least one month more than how long it took to earn it

There will also be a buy back program for people who got close starting November 1st, if prior years are a good indicator.

Awesome information. Thank you so much. Plat Pro now and will come up about $1000 short I am estimating. Dang spend requirements. I have segments covered easily.
