Error in my aa.com 500 mile upgrade account on new display.
I just completed a trip and checked my account to see that the miles, segments, and EQD had posted. Miles and EQD seemed ok, but my available upgrade total was listed at zero. I called and was told my account was at 13. I was asked if the display page looked new. Yes, it did. I was told to check back when I do my next reservation--it should all be corrected by then..
Anyone else having this problem?

Prior to a couple flights a few weeks ago, I checked the website and it showed a balance as if our upgrade requests had gone through, but we didnt end up getting upgraded on either flight. The number corrected itself after the trips.
I'm on year #3 of tracking all my AA mileage data in a spreadsheet so I know what's going on.
