In Oakland WN is offering a 2,500 point voucher if your pre-check TSA line wait is > 10 minutes. With DFW Monday morning Pre-Check lines taking 30+ minutes now, I would love to see AA match. This new redesign of A & C gates with single TSA in middle of each terminal is reaping havoc with Pre-Check advantages on AA at DFW.

AA, and WN for that matter, don't have a lot of control over TSA staffing levels. I don't see AA doing some kind of guaranteed TSA processing time when there are so many variables that they have no control over which could affect the wait times.

There is no way a major hub like DFW could replicate that guaranatee. Even at SAN I've been in TSA Pre-check lines that exceeded 20 minutes.

Try either: Get 2,500 pts at OAK if PreTSA > 10 mins
or just the main thread: Get 2,500 pts at OAK if PreTSA > 10 mins

This looks like a simple marketing ploy. Appears WN is reducing their frequencies into SFO, and making OAK their focus city (along with SJC). Perhaps research has shown that some travelers avoid OAK due to a perception of long security lines, so this is a tactic to convince otherwise.

That's funny. It's a link to my post in the Southwest forum that includes a picture hosted here.

I had no problems with the link at home
