OP, you may be in luck!
Looks like Sport24 shows "FIFA World cup Russia 2018" in their events page. Now this doesn't necessarily mean they'll be broadcasting all games and I don't know what exactly their partnership agreement entails, but I wouldn't be surprised if they air the games.
They publish their schedule 5 weeks in advance, so you could check then and see what they show in the guide.
Edit: Looks like they have the rights, so you'll be able to watch the game on board. (As long as the IFE is working and live-tv is working properly)
