AA has 20 Boeing 777-323ER / 77W aircraft in the fleet.

The final configuration includes:

8 First Class seats
52 Business Class
28 Rockwell Collins MiQ Premium Economy seats
. . . . (The 77W has received the same Premium Economy Seat as is in the 787-9 and other refitted widebodies.)
28 Main Cabin Extra (in 10 across configuration, all bulkheads or exit rows)
188 Main Cabin / Economy / Coach

All Rockwell Collins MiQ Premium Economy seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, offer seatback flat 15.4" touch screen screen AVOD (can be tilted up or down slightly, corded hand controller) with 250 movies, 160 TV shows, 13 radio channels, 375 albums and 20 games; 110 VAC international multiplug and 5 VDC USB power. The front (bulkhead) seats offer foot rest bars that deploy from the seat; other seats have footpegs under the seat in front of you.

Ku-Band Satellite Panasonic Wi-Fi (not GoGo) is offered for sale.

I have not checked into this, but it's possible that AA will prioritize 77W's that are refit to certain routes, and let the dice fall on others.

There are now 2 77W's flying with PE: N721AN & N718AN.

Two more at KPAE: N725AN & N726AN (both arrived Monday night).

With one-week turn-arounds on the 77W's at KPAE, and AA sending 2 at a time, they will get through the remaining 16 77W's pretty quickly... making your May flight highly likely to have PE.

Looks we are up to 3 completed as N726AN now scheduled for tonight's MIA-EZE flight. N735AT arrived last night at KPAE. I would think N725AN will be done soon. Fingers crossed I'll get lucky for some upcoming LAX-HKG economy segments!

A last minute aircraft swap allowed me to try the new PE cabin on the 77W LHR-LAX last week.

Seat 16A was amazing. I highly recommend it.

Does 16A have a window? I thought with the older config, there were reports of no window for this seat. Also, do you happen to know if seat 18A reclines?

anyone have an opinion/pic of 22 C & J? looks like unlimited legroom to me. Doe 16A or 16L have the emergancy door blocking the way for a complete leg rest?

Looks like N732AN is on the way DFW-PAE tomorrow AM (9 Mar) 08:00. I'm sure N725AN will return to DFW in the next 2-3 days. ^

Based on the other thread @econometrics posted, looks like 16A doesn't have a window. And I tweeted AA, they said that 18A "should" recline...

N735AT heading back into service from PAE with PE on board today (15 March).

That makes 5/20 77W's flying with PE now. (25%)

N732AN still at PAE.

I have not sat in PE on the 77W yet. But I have been in Row 16 in MCE a time or two... which is geographically the same thing.

And yes, in a night flight there's a good bit of coming and going with light from the lav. Day flight - not as big of a deal to me.

N719AN departing for PAE from LAX in about an hour. Joining N732AN there.
