Great photos! I'm curious for those taking pictures during take off and landing what type of camera are you using? I've used my iPhone or P&S (with so-so results) but always been afraid to use my DSLR for fear the FAs would get mad or it potentially turning into a cabin missile. The latter I guess could be prevented by wearing the strap like a messenger bag so it couldn't go flying more than a foot so in an emergency.

iPhone 5S, yes, an antique by today's standards.
I think part of having some great photos is a great scene out the window (which is hopefully clean and not terribly scratched), your seat location in the cabin, lighting, time of day, type of camera or phone used and of course, the eye of the photographer.

Not exactly in the spirit of this thread, but here's a pair of fuel dumps (they do show the wing ). Both 772s:
