Upgrade Request - Not Working Correctly

Upgrade Request - Not Working Correctly
On AA.com, I had a flight schedule change. For the changes, for the upgrade eligible flights, I have checked off the upgrade request and clicked Submit. It only saves the first flight's upgrade request, but not the 2nd flight's upgrade request. I've tried it a few times now, but it just won't save the 2nd flight's upgrade request.

Anyone else experience similar behavior with AA.com?

Yes, I had something similar a while ago. Called AA - agent said that she needed to "clean up the reservation" - apparently the old segments were still there even though I could not see them. Once done, I could re-request. May or may not be related - but there are certainly a few issues that can cause anomalies to surface. Best bet is to call when they do.
