Question
Hello:
I purchased around $1000 in airfare a while back. It was a flexible fare - so when I had to cancel, I got credit for it. Long story, but AA issued it in two forms. About half of it in a voucher form where it says only redeemable by phone or ticket counter. The other in voucher good online. I'd like to convert the physical voucher into an evoucher one with number and pin. Does anyone have any experience on this? It says only good for me, but I am wondering if you have different experiences as far as what is possible. Any thoughts/comments are greatly appreciated. Thanks,
