Best business class experience using 100,000 AA miles?

Still in the planning stages here 
My biggest complication (besides, of course, seat availability) is that I can only take 7 days at most to do this trip. I've been to Paris before and enjoyed it, and thought it could make a nice (and delicious) 4 day getaway (plus flying time), but you fabulous FTers are tempting me with the Asia suggestions
