Fare rollover

Fare rollover
I bought a ORD-LHR for 489 last week and today found a fare of 363. AA.Com wouldnt rollover the fares. I have never had this problem before!!!
Is there a trick to this?
Is this another one of those try, try and try again things??

webfares explicitly forbid rollovers in the fare rules. Pull up the fare rules and search for rollover, you'll see it pretty clearly.

So do I look for the "From" or "to" fares to be rollover friendly??
