January sale for AA?
Will there be a January 2014 business class sale for AA? I am looking to do a BA and AA connection in business class to maximise tier points.

I had a $3200 rt from west coast US to LHR in december.
January that is 5400, same in February...both with 28 days advance, even the 50 day advances are only ~$300 less.

People inside the airline really in the know are generally smart enough not to subvert compliance.

I have yet to see a January sale in February, or any other month for that matters!

Ex-EU ( not advertised but some nice prices) sale now on
Hi,
As the OP is based in London,
The UK AA site
http://www.americanairlines.co.uk/i1...ryId=undefined
is advertising sale fares ( in economy).
However, if the OP is willing to start their journey from the EU ( ie AMS or BRU) they can get some very nice fares on BA/AA ie for around Easter time ( mid April ) I was getting
BRU-HNL £1400
BRU-LAS/LAX £1250
in business with different routings available on BA/AA.
Flights ex-AMS were around £100 more expensive.
I would check the fare rules for change/cancellation penalties.
There is a thread on the BA forum about maximising BA tier points
