Who Gives Out More Incorrect Info: AA Reps or FTers?

This question came up in a thread and it sounds interesting enough for a discussion.

Who gives out more incorrect info: AA reps, or your friendly neighborhood Flyertalkers?

You'all can define the parameters of the question.

HAVE FUN

I would say AA. If someone posts something wrong on FT, usually in a few minutes there is another poster who will correct it.

AAgents sometimes seem to make up the rules as they go. And there is nobody there to call them out when they something wrong.

Many AAgents don't know about this policy:

Or they continue to claim that fuel surcharges on BA are a "tax" charged by the British government.

It's quite a contest and neither side will relent.

AA reps try to end the discussion. FTers try to drag it out forever

You need to qualify that statement. EXP Agents - more often than not. The general agents - what are you smoking?

FT has the benefit of having hundreds (and thousands) of interested frequent fliers respond. it really isn't a fair contest - kinda like an AAgent competing vs. IBM Watson

The question was: Who gives out more incorrect information?

As this thread is entirely hypothetical, has no actual relationship to flying, earning miles or otherwise dealing with AA and is bound to lead to a lot of metadiscussion and is off topic for this airline forum, it will now rest.

Thank you for your participation.
