Salt, you're correct, I left out A and D.
A and D should earn Q-miles/points as well. There's a whole slew of fare-class codes out there. First (A, F, P), business (J, C, D, I), and coach (Y, B, H, K, etc.)
In general all paid fares except consolidator fares and some types of tour package fares will earn Q-miles/points.
