Automated Upgrade
I'm not sure why American even does Automated Upgrades when there is a companion in the record. For, each time I receive and upgrade for me and companion, the seats aren't together. Then I have to call AA and have them put us together.
Does anyone know anyone at AA that I can email about this problem? You'd think the computer would know that two people in the same record locator, being upgraded at the same time would probably prefer to sit together.
