AA will open new check in facility for premium passengers at London's Heathrow
AA will open early next year a new check in facility for premium passengers at London's Heathrow Airport. The Park Avenue facility, as it is known, will enable first class and business class passengers to completely bypass Heathrow's Terminal 3 check-in area and instead use a private and more relaxed alternative check-in location nearby.

Great news, but how about something similar at LAX, JFK, DFW, ORD, MIA? After all, it's American Airlines, let's do something for us here in America!! ;-)

Great news but where is this "Park Avenue" facility in relation the terminal at LHR? For those of us who don't have a driver (be it cab, limo, spouse, friend etc.) to drop us off at LHR but take the Heathrow Express from Paddington (or heaven forbid, the underground all the way), how will this affect us? Will I still end up using the Terminal 3 check in b/c the new facility is too inconveneient?
Thanx.

Status not withstanding I have found going thru Paddington has been a terrific advantage.
