777 First Class Amenities?
Just curious - what are the in flight amenities like on the 777, specifically West coast to Japan? I have heard that some carriers provide silk sleeper-suits. Does AA give anything special?

I just got back from a LHR-ORD flight in F on a 777. No sleeper suits. This was a daytime flight, though. I know Qantas supplies suits on day and nighttime flights in F.
