Fare Class M Question - CFC
So the fare rules appear to state that this fare class, while refundable ORD/IAH, is still subject to a $50 CFC fee. If I'm reading this correct, does this mean, however, that so long as M class or below is still available the day of, I can simply have the ticket reticketed to the flight of my choosing? If nothing is avail below M class, a CFC would likely not be available anyhow I believe?
