Sorry for the delay in responding - your post made it sound like the info had already been posted in another thread on FlyerTalk, which even the most diligent FT Search-er would have had difficulty finding, as it had not. I was able to "find it" only because I was already aware of it, not because your post helped me or anyone else find it.

Actually, I was focusing on flown miles. The largest total miles account I have seen was over 147mm. Historical of course not active. But I think this is probably the account mentioned before.

In the movie, Clooney hits his 10 millionth mile as the plane passes Dubuque. He’s recognized with a Champagne toast by the flight attendants and a seminal meeting with chief pilot captain Maynard Finch (played by Sam Elliott), who presents Clooney a card with his name and the number “7” on it, as he is only the seventh AAdvantage member to hit this milestone. (In reality, there are many more AAdvantage members with 10 million miles ).
