Has anyone actually received the bonus miles yet for the MULT0 offer? I signed up for this months ago and did my 5 stays at Hyatt properties. I stacked it with the 3K AA miles bonus with Hyatt (which I've read is ok). I received all the bonus miles from Hyatt already, but still no sign of the MULT0 bonuses.

I have gold status but can't remember registering for this offer ....Nonetheless, I got 3000 miles posted today (I stayed at 2 IC, 1 Staybridge, 2 Hilton)....I guess you are automaticly registered by being in gold status

Bottom line though: This targeted promo was a smart strategy on AA's part. It reaffirms why I give AA close to 98% of my business. It is in large part due to their customer centric promos. This is just one example.

I was pretty sure I was targetted for this promo, because I remember I enrolled in september. Unfortunately I was not able to find the email I received so I called the PLT line at the end of the promo, and after my 5th stay, asking for confirmation about my enrollment. They told me I was not targetted. I sent an email to AA customer center and they reply me I was not targetted for the promo, but they credited me 3000 bonus miles as a godwill gesture. It appeared as:
11/18/10 CUSTOMER SERVICE BONUS 3,000
The following week I finally found my hotel stays credited:
10/29/10 AADVANTAGE MULTI-STAY BONUS 0 1,000 1,000
10/24/10 AADVANTAGE MULTI-STAY BONUS 0 1,000 1,000
