Through this process, I assume you are booking through ANA directly and not through a transfer partner. If going through say a United or Virgin Atlantic, would you recommend the same steps? Virgin, unfortunately, can see availability only 11 months out so finding availability through them is ultra-difficult. Even more so since I want to fly F class on the new flying honu from HNL to NRT.
